About myself, the beginnings and the present.
I was born in Sárospatak, a small town in Zemplén County, and I currently live in Budapest.
1. Getting to know the basics of tattooing, then the tattoo
- Love for drawing it has played a decisive role in my entire life so far. I acquired the basics in elementary school, as part of an 8-year drawing course. Thanks to my drawing teacher and my hard work, I have achieved better and better results in various drawing contests and competitions. In the years that followed, I drew only for my own amusement. After the military, I completed a 4-year fine arts school (with an excellent certificate), where I mainly did graphics; within that, I also studied portrait drawing for a year. Later, I worked as a ceramic painter and in the meantime undertook various decoration jobs.

2. Beginning, learning to tattoo, first jobs
- In 2003, I visited the owner of a tattoo parlor in Nyíregyháza, who, after looking at my drawings, accepted my teaching. Thanks to my master, I managed to further refine my drawing technique and immerse myself in the art of tattooing.
- I just watched my master for a few monthsI asked and drew. Then, when I had seen enough, I bought my own equipment and put on gloves myself.
- After a year of studying, I started working independently. At that time only for acquaintances, smaller samples and then more and more complex ones. I never said no to any pattern, even if it seemed like a big deal to me, because I wanted to improve and jump over obstacles. In retrospect, I always thought that it seemed more difficult at first glance than it was, and that was the feeling of success.

- In subsequent years, several excellent tattoo artists have given me a lot of guidance, which I have a lot of respect for. Since then, I have been constantly monitoring the work of other tattoo artists in order to improve myself.

3. The present, my work, Tilla Tattoo Studio Budapest XV.
- I moved to Budapest in 2011. There are many more opportunities for development in the capital than in a small town. I met a lot of good people not only in Budapest, but also during the opportunities abroad. My life has literally taken a 180 degree turn, for which I cannot be grateful enough.
- In 2015, I managed to open my own salon. Tilla Tattoo Studio, 1152 Budapest, XV. Gyula Illyés 6-10. where I warmly welcome all my dear customers who want to get a tattoo.
- During my work I didn't commit to any one tattoo style. I am happy to tattoo any motif, as there is a new challenge in each of them. Of course, I also have a model that is closer to my heart. Mostly a realistic figures, portrait, animal, or even flower motif But I'm happy to do it maori or mandala also samples. The point is always that a new work is born that has a very important meaning for someone.
- I'm glad I can do what I love, since all of them tattoo a "piece" that I can give of myself, that can give me pleasure. I strive to realize my customers' ideas and keep them satisfied.
